This tire shop had the best service ever, manager EC help me out with his professional advice. I got exactly the tire I want. They are so friendly and patient. I always choice American Tire Depot, but this location is way better. This is my go to place now for tire services. Thank you manager EC and his amazing tech.
View on GoogleThe people at American Tire Depot were friendly and straightforward. Patched my tire for no charge. Edit: My tire continued leaking at a slower rate and my tpws system triggered again. I checked the patch they did and it was still leaking air. Ended up patching it correctly myself. I’ll stand by my statement about friendly customer service, but the quality of work seems to be lacking.
View on GoogleFound an odd shaped nail in one of my tires and they got me into the shop fast! Went right when it opened and they assessed my tire and it was able to be repaired for free!! Quick and efficient service with great customer service to top it off. Will definitely refer this place and be back for any tire issues I have with my car. They also do full auto service so that is a great option as well
View on GoogleOk where do I begin, I was in a situation where all 4 of my tires needed to be replaced and I absolutely needed my car by the next day. I got to the shop probably around 1ish. This is when I went inside and spoke to Kevin about the issue I was having with my car and when I tell you this guy went above and beyond for me I am not exaggerating. They were fully booked up for the day and he told me he would get it done in two hours. Let me tell you that did not happen, but Kevin and his crew stayed open well beyond closing hours to make sure I would have my car before the end of the night. The experience I had here was the most positive and pleasant experience I have ever had in a shop like this. Kevin and his team are absolutely the people to look for when you are looking for any of your car needs.

If u need to come back and get service through warranty they uphold it and get your car out in close to a day! I enjoyed the service and will be coming back to get more work done on my car for sure!
