An hour before closing, Lou’s Muffler Shop told my daughter they would be happy to take a look at her car. Within minutes of her arrival, she had a dx of the problem that was not only explained but showed to her, was told the part she needed was on hand, given a very fair quote on the repair and was told her car would be ready in 45 minutes. She left Lou’s relieved, confident in the quality of work and happy with the price she paid… we definitely recommend Lou’s Muffler Shop!

Recently took my truck In there and was fairly impressed with the work. The owner I think Raul though while waiting he was very rude and obnoxious to the point they almost lost my business. He began pitching me on a completely different exhaust setup that made no sense then discussed and tried to change pricing on me when the work was done. It is unfortunate that the original owner Larry and now Raul do not know how to honestly run a business. Would not recommend!

Went to Lous muffler and ask Larry if he could install a new exhaust on my classic car and a ball park cost.price was ok and I told him what kind of muffler I wanted he kept trying to talk me out of what I wanted and was trying to push glass packs or some stock muffler that he had on his shelf.He also said it would take three days to install?after I refused his recommended muffler his attitude changed and he said he was busy this week and to leave my name and number and he would call me the following week, never got a call. Called Whittier muffler and talked to Hugo the owner and told him what I wanted and he did it the next day at a cheaper price and he did a great job!
