Bravo did the best job. They handled the insurance company, car rental, and got my car fixed in a week. Everyone there is so nice. When you go there, ask for Anthony; he's a very calm, down-to-earth man. He answers all questions, calls, and messages without getting frustrated. The only bad thing about him is that he looks like my ex-husband! He was so patient with Tesla insurance while I had lost patience. Thank you, Anthony! As a female, it's always a little scary venturing out and seeking auto repair services. Anthony and his team made this process super easy and comfortable. The receptionist, Valerie, was also very sweet and welcoming. I had some deep scratches on my door and a big chip on my charging door and they were able to fix it quickly. They even cleaned up some small scratches around the car. Also, it was a great price for cosmetic work on my Euro car, I was quoted almost double at the dealership for less work. They even matched my specialty paint perfectly and gave me the extra to take home, just in case I find some little chips that need a little paint in the future. This has to be one of the most phenomenal, stress free and friendly experiences I’ve had in any sort of business related exchange. Anthony took care of EVERYTHING, he was extremely kind, had a heart for others and an incredible attention to detail. There is something special about the type of people I met at the shop, the environment made me feel welcome and to see how this shop works with honesty, diligence, patience and with a defined hustle is incredible. The repairs on my car made the car look even fresher than when it came from the factory, the paint matching was phenomenal and Bravo’s Auto Body did everything to make sure I acquired factory parts, always looking out for me and keeping constantly updated!
