Tom Wang at Rusnack Porsche Service Department ALWAYS goes above and beyond expectations each time I interact with him. He’s amazing and really puts the customer first. I even ordered a new 2026 Porsche that should arrive in 1 week, because of Tom. He resents Porsche incredibly well and they are lucky to have him on the Team.

My service advisor Matt Bell is a car guy and generous with his knowledge and enthusiasm. The mechanic Jesus sent me an informative video of his findings. They returned my car in excellent condition and taught me a few things about it that I didn’t know beforehand. I tried a well known Indy shop in Pasadena when I first got my car and had a terrible experience. I’m glad to have found Rusnak, Matt and Jesus.
