Mike and his team are wonderful - always efficient, friendly, honest about what's really needed or not needed, and thorough. He's kept our 2-decade old Highlander Hybrid running well, and now that it's time for a new vehicle, we want to stay with Toyota in large part so we can keep relying on LEX Mastertech for service.
View on GoogleThis shop specializes in Toyota and Lexus repairs. I took my car in for inspection, but in the end, I didn't even receive a diagnostic report. Mike called me to tell me the results. This kind of service doesn't match their shop's name and is very unprofessional. I should have been able to see these things myself, instead of paying them only to receive a phone call with the results.
View on GoogleThese guys are great!!! My Prius suddenly stopped accelerating and I got the scary “Service Hybrid System…” message along with a bright orange check engine light on Thursday night. I called these guys Friday morning and took my car in at 10AM. By 11:30AM they had diagnosed the problem and by 2:00PM they had it all fixed! A little pricier than what other shops would’ve quoted but that’s what you’re paying for with Toyota / Lexus hybrid specialists… AND THE SAME DAY SERVICE was amazing. Thanks Mike!!! Will come here again if my car breaks down in this area again. (I live near Fresno)
View on GoogleAlthough the owner seems like a nice guy this place is really for people who have no idea what is going on with their cars and are willing to pay slightly below dealership pricing to get their cars fixed as this gentleman does not accept Parts from outside even if you purchase them from the Toyota dealership that you bring in. It's to increase his bottom line that's how he makes more money on top of charging for labor. As he gets parts at wholesale pricing charges a markup and makes money on top of it. If that's not an issue for you by all means go ahead and use his services.
View on GoogleMy truck has had a clunking noise for sometime. 2 visits to the dealer only for them to quote me several thousand dollars. I decide to visit LEXMastertech. I was told by Mike, the noise was caused by just two bolts that were not tightened all the way. He easily could have quoted me several thousand dollars, but Mike was honest and just charged me the diagnosis fee. I will bring my Toyotas here from now on. Highly recommended! Thanks Mike!
