I needed 2 new tires and received exceptional service today on a Sunday. Wait time was short and Dillon in front was professional helpful efficient friendly and did an excellent job. View on GoogleI brought my 2017 Honda Accord into the store before closing time. I was immediately greeted by Tony who helped me out and assured that my tire would be replaced. He was very professional and showed me the tires that were in stock, once I chose the tire it seemed like everything was done almost immediately. Before you know it, my car was done and I was on my way, very satisfied with the customer service this Pasadena store has to offer! I will be coming back for sure, for all future tire needs.
