I would recommend Fix Auto 100%. From the time the car was dropped off, and until it was completed, they kept me informed throughout the process. I would like to give a huge thank you to Rafael. He is friendly, knowledgeable and he is the one that kept me in the loop throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone. My Tesla looked like new after they completed the job.

The team works like clockwork — everything is organized, efficient, and done to a very high standard. The quality of the repairs is perfect, and they kept me informed throughout every step of the process, which made everything stress-free. Special thanks to Patricia — she was amazing. Super responsive, always on top of everything, and made sure I was updated at all times. Truly a professional and a pleasure to work with. If I ever need repairs again (hopefully not 😄), or if any of my friends do, I will definitely recommend Fix Auto Pasadena without hesitation. Especially if you have a Tesla — this is the place to go.

Seamless process from start to finish, from filing the claim with my insurance, dropping my car off and getting a rental, to receiving updates while they had my car, to picking my car up - everything was perfect. Car looked like new when I picked it up and they had cleaned it inside and out. Patricia at the front desk was a marvel - kind, professional and a great communicator. She took away any distress I had about the process and walked me through everything thoroughly.
