I came here after I discovered I had a flat tire. I live in the area and was curious about the service. Upon drop off of vehicle, I was kept informed throughout the process with estimates, photos, and recommendations of services. The facility was very clean and all the staff I met were amazing. They stayed past closing hours to finish with my vehicle's repair all in the same day. I was able to drive out of there all in the same day. They even fixed an issue I had with my tire pressure light where others could not. I highly recommend Crown City Tire Auto Care for top quality repairs and outstanding performance. Shout out to Marvin, Randy, and the whole team that took the extra effort to get my vehicle returned as soon as possible without sacrificing quality.

I have 2024 Volvo SUV with had 2 flat tires. I was stranded because my SUV doesn’t have a spare tire! I called Crown City Tire. They Immediately help me. They are such nice people. I was happy they recommended Run-Flat tires so I won’t be stranded again. They told me that I would be able to drive at least 50 miles with a Run-Flat tire. They told me of the disadvantages so I can make a proper decision. I like the transparency. They balanced the tires and aligned my car. I love the way they treated me. I felt save with them especially since I’m a mid age widow. Safety and peace of mind are very important. Thank you Marvin! He’s the Manager of the Foothill location. He the staff are so nice.

View on GoogleThis is the second time I’ve used Crown City Tire, and both experiences have been absolutely lovely! The team is prompt, communicative, and kind. I interacted with Kate and Randy the most, and they are incredible at customer service! I was so impressed at the way they were able to explain what was wrong with my car in a way that was easy for me, who knows absolutely nothing about cars, to understand. I am also always impressed by the attention to detail and the care put into my vehicle. It’s always unfortunate to have issues with your car, but this whole team made the experience of fixing it absolutely amazing. I highly recommend crown city tire!

Honestly I wished we lived closer to them! We took our van to them and they looked at it so quick and fixed it same day! I would go anytime to check up on our van with them. Incredibly trusting. They’re amazing, offered us so many refreshments, made sure we were taken care of, and just straight up kind.
