Crown City Tire Auto Care

I cannot recommend Crown City Tire in Pasadena enough! They have officially earned a life-long customer after my recent service appointments. They accommodated my BMW i3 last minute for an oil change. In less than two hours, they called me back with a comprehensive, digital inspection report of my car—complete with pictures. They flagged some damage to a back tire and recommended swapping out just the rear tires. They were able to order and stock the specific tires that very same day! The entire operation is unbelievably seamless. No matter who I spoke to over the phone, they were knowledgeable, friendly, and completely on top all things relating to my car. They even offered a shuttle service for both drop-off and pick-up while my car was being worked on, making the whole process incredibly convenient. A massive thank you to Steven, Robert, David, and Carlos! I was so thoroughly impressed by the team's swift work, honesty, and professionalism that I brought my partner's car in the next day for a full tune-up; which they did in single day! If you want honest, fast, and top-tier service, this is the place to go!

Not a lot of shops I trust. Crown has been around a long time in Pasadena. That tells me that they take care of their community and the community takes care of them. The staff is always polite and professional. While they always give a comprehensive overview of my vehicle, they are never pushy about what services are needed. They keep me informed about items that may need to be addressed in the future so I am not surprised when additional parts or services are needed. They always show pictures and explain things clearly. I know a fair amount about cars. I can do most basic services myself and understand the inner workings of most vehicles systems. I can't count the times other shops have tried to sell me something I know I don't need. Crown has never done that to me. I have been going here for a few years now, and over time have grown to trust this shop. Crown City Tires make it convenient and comfortable for me to leave my car with them. I am glad they are here.

This was an awesome experience. No pressure sales, no "well I can't give you an estimate over the phone." None of that. The shop is so clean you would think they had Gold up in there. 😆 The Manager Robert is all about customer satisfaction, one of the workers told me, "If you aren't satisfied, we aren't satisfied.". Last but not least, the shuttle service to take you home. OMG! That right there is a $50 Uber savings. So be sure to factor that in when you are shopping prices. The entire team was great and it starts at the top with Managment. Thank You- Iron Man T. Stark (that is really my name, not Iron Man but T Stark is lol) Have a blessed one.

I got a flat on the way to school and I came over to Crown City simply because it was so close. Marvin greeted me, asked me questions and explained what I should look for when purchasing tires. They didn’t have the tires in stock, but he offered to put on my spare -free of charge- and sent me down the street to a different shop. They were nice enough, but going to take hours to get to me. So, I got back in my car, turned around and headed back to Crown City where I knew I’d be taken care of. Marvin got my tires ordered and I was sent home with instructions to drive slowly and carefully on my spare. I was so relieved to be heading home at a decent time after a long day. I was able to drop my car off the very next morning and pick it up after school that day. I received a coupon for my next oil change and come a couple months later I headed back. Now I was a staunch repeat user of services like Valvoline- drive up and go- cheap, friendly, convenient, but after going to Crown City I was converted. The whole Crown City team is kind, thorough and they truly go above and beyond. I came back simply because I want to support a business that operates in this way. Even though car repairs and maintenance are expensive and stressful, the Crown City team really takes the sting out of it. It’s truly a pleasure coming here. For the oil change they performed a full check-up of my car and provided me with a print out of everything they inspected. They found a small oil leak and even advised me to take it to the dealership to repair so I can avoid the extra cost. I got another flat on Wednesday and I knew exactly who to call. They always take great care of me at Crown City. Shout out to Marvin- Great guy and you can tell- a stellar leader. Shout out to Mike- The friendliest, sweetest mechanic and shout out to Kate at the front desk- She is always so sweet and thoughtful when checking me in and out and keeping me abreast of updates as my car is being serviced. Been here many times now and the service is always top notch and thorough. Very nice, knowledgeable people, especially David! I got a ride to work after I dropped off and David kept me informed throughout the day even when they would only be 15 minutes later than originally quoted! Highly recommend this business!
