Ford of Montebello Service

Ford Montebello Service Center did a diligent service work on my Mustang Fastback. I made an appointment and arrived early morning. There was a short vehicle lineup at the service center but it moved quickly. Jose L. an affable service advisor took all the necessary info for my car service. Told him what is needed; and he unequivocally complied and kept his word. They completed their maintenance work and did a multipoint inspection. Everything looks pretty good. Overall, I had a very satisfactory experience and recommend Jose. I will be back next year.

Service here is no good. There's a text number you can text them at for updates and they don't respond especially CLAUDIA. My car has been there for already a week and she says there busy and I even had an appointment why are they taking more cars when she says there's no mechanic to look at the cars they have already. There useless. Then she says I can take it somewhere else what is the point of me taking to them in the first place. They could of told me that since the beginning and by now my car would of been looked at somewhere else.

Do not go here unless you have warranty on a brand new Ford. They will over exaggerate prices and services. I brought in a F150 with a coolant leak. They told me that it would need a whole new coolant line($4000) job. It was just a coolant line fitting. ($300) Job. Take the time to find a mechanic that can do it, because not all mechanics will work on issues like this and they will tell you to go straight to a dealership.

I bought my first new car here back in 2019 and have been coming here for a while now to get my oil changes done as well as other stuff like brake jobs and warranty work. I was hoping to be able to create a great relationship with my service advisor and technician that works on my car like i had with O'Donnell Buick before it closed down but I keep getting random service advisors and the techs that work on my car never have anything to say, there is so much more service missing here that isnt even on par with Hyundai or Buick, they at least offer free coffee, Doughnuts in the morning. Here at Ford they offer nothing as you wait hours to get your car back from sitting for such a long time. I have come here many times and that relationship I was trying to build failed here, the times I have came here to get service with an appointment done weeks in advance, on the day of appointment I have had to come back twice because of out of stock parts that should have been reserved for appointment customers not being available at the time of service, wasting my time, mileage and fuel. All I can say is that after having to come back 4 times for two different services, and having some warranty work done with the service advisor wanting to leave my car for 2 days with no opportunity of a free loaner car which i refused to do, i won't be returning here anymore and will be going to a Ford dealer closer to home as I live 23 miles away from this dealership and again I kept coming here thinking I could build a solid relationship with my service Advisor and Tech like I had a master tech for my Buick and my Genesis at those other dealerships but this was a complete fail!

I've been calling all morning today and I get is a busy dial tone. I was promised by Miguel that my vehicle would be ready by today. I called all their available numbers and it says that the number is busy or I get a busy dial tone.
