I really like their service, second time I bring my car here, as a woman, taking my car to a new place it's scary! it's so difficult to find a place you can trust. I used to go to the dealer but it was too expensive, prices are great here
View on GoogleTook 2 different cars at different times for an oil change and smog check and coincidentally both had issue with the catalytic converter. They try charging me $1500 for one and the second time 3k. I took both cars to a different mechanic shop and not one had an issue with the catalytic converter. I would stay away from this place.
View on GoogleThis place is a rip off. Took van in for oil change, tune up, and lube job and took all necessary parts. So basically just paid for labor for a tube up and oil change cuz they didn't do the lube job. I was charged $375 . After I told my daughter we went back and after 2 hours of complaining the owner gave me $50 back so I paid $325 for labor on a tune up and oil change in my birthday. Was never given an estimate or signed anything prior to service.
View on GoogleWent for oil change they told me lil wait because the recycling company was there and could not run over hose I asked why they could not pull car around and drive thru the front said they couldn't do that makes no sense to loose business plus 2 employees got very rude and we all had a cussing match do not recommend this place at all worst customer service ever and owner or manager let's them treat customers like this
View on GoogleBeen there a few times can honestly say they've gone the extra mile since the 1st time I came here one would think I've been coming for years. They really went out of there way and is much appreciated will continue to go there. I'm actually here now posting with a $500 labor charge that another shop quoted me $600 for half of what there doing here. Confident I won't regret it, but keeping my fingers crossed. There almost done. Great service
