I appreciated his attention to detail and honest recommendations, which made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. The maintenance was completed efficiently, and my car is running great. Erik's customer service and expertise truly stood out, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this service center, and I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance needs.

I recently brought my Chevy Colorado in because the check engine light came on, and I was honestly worried it was going to be a major and expensive issue. The situation had me pretty stressed out, but Mariano in the service department immediately put me at ease. From start to finish, Mariano made the entire service experience simple, fast, and hassle-free. He kept me informed every step of the way with clear communication and updates, so I always knew what was happening with my truck. When the repairs were completed, he had everything ready to go—my truck, paperwork, and all the details—making the pickup process incredibly smooth and efficient. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. He turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one.

Great experience overall. Carlos Corona helped me, he sent me pictures and even a video of the vehicle before I went in, I wanted to make sure there wasn’t dings or scratches. I went through TrueCar and found the vehicle to be a fair price. I went in, did a quick test drive and started doing paperwork. I financed through my credit union, didn’t get hassled into financing through the dealer, I really appreciate the service.

Originally came to this location by accident. The service advisor convinced me to get my oil change here as well as getting my brakes serviced and a wheel alignment. Everything was great up until the next day when I got home and realized that my car was leaking oil. I returned the following day and informed somebody about the issue. They took my truck in and were finished within about 10 minutes. They informed me that everything was taken care of and that it was just some leftover oil and that it would not happen again. Fast forward to the next day and my truck continued to leak oil. I called several times to let somebody know about this ridiculous issue as my truck was not leaking oil before coming to this place. I kept asking to get transferred to the service Director and even left two voicemails, but never got a callback, nor did I ever get transferred to him. At this point, I didn’t even bother returning. I took my vehicle to a different Chevy dealer who took care of the issue without hesitation or charging me. I would definitely not recommend this dealership nor will I ever return here whether it’s to purchase or service a vehicle. There definitely needs to be a follow up with how they service vehicles here and with management handling guest issues.

I am extremely disappointed with the service here. Despite having an appointment, there was zero guidance or communication when I arrived to drop off my truck. Worse, they completely ignored the specific issues I asked them to check, particularly my cruise control which is not working. Of the two standard items listed on my service sheet—oil change and tire rotation—it seems only the oil change was arguably attempted. I know the tires were not rotated because the air wasn't topped off, and the road noise remains exactly the same as before. Because they skipped the tire rotation and ignored my requests, I have now lost trust that they even replaced the oil correctly. I cannot recommend this service department.
