America's Tire

I've been coming to America's Tire at Montclair for years for two different vehicles and it is great. The employees are professional, transparent, and thoughtful. I came in this morning to repair a tire that kept losing pressure due to a nail puncture. Since I've purchased the tire from AT, they repaired the punctured tire, rotated and checked the air pressure on all tires, and rebalanced them free of charge. I also needed windshield wiper blades, which they replaced for free as well. I just paid for the wiper blades, for which they gave me a good deal as well. Thank you! Brendan helped me out on this day and was very helpful and courteous. Even though I ran late to my appointment, they still serviced my car in under 1.5 hours. The waiting room/lounge is very spacious and clean. The tables even have outlets if you need to stay for longer and need to charge your devices.

I’ve been a loyal customer at the Montclair America’s Tire for nearly 20 years, and my recent visit reminded me why. I came in Tuesday at 9:45 AM for an assessment and rotation because of uneven tread wear. Brendon greeted me immediately and handled everything with total professionalism. After a quick inspection, he showed me that my alignment was off, causing all four tires to wear unevenly. Since I’d only bought the current set two years ago, Brendon initially offered a credit toward a the same set for replacements. However, when I mentioned I only plan to keep the car for another six months, he didn't pressure me. Instead, he pivoted and found a good-quality, 60,000-mile rated tire that fit my budget and timeline perfectly. Even though my tire size wasn't in stock, Brendon ordered them and predicted a next day arrival. To my surprise, he called by 4:15 PM that same day. The tires had been expedited and were ready for a Wednesday installation! This location is a superstar. Highly recommended! Brendon went above and beyond my expectations. He was amazing, friendly, courteous and listened without feeling the pressure.

They were very fast and efficient love the new tires!! Also great price!!! Great customer service! Great advice and very patient with me!

10/10 first time experience. The waiting area was super clean and comfortable. I arrived right at opening and was able to get my tires changed in about 45 minutes. Joseph went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Once your car is in service, you can track the status via the link provided (it was as easy as ordering pizza!).

Landon was great! Helpful, honest and excellent service. They accidentally damaged my wheel but Greg took care of it. Real professional there! Take your car for new tires here, it’s not often you find honest trustworthy people.
