On November 4, 2025 I took my Crosstrek Subaru in for service at Monrovia Sierra Subaru. It was a very nice experience. It took less time than I expenced and the representative, Sandy Perez, was very helpful. She answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process.

View on GoogleRafael Ibarra went above and beyond helping me get a reduced price for a service my car really needed. My Forester turned 10 this year and needed a lot of work done. My finances were not up to the task of everything that needed to get done to keep my car from dying a slow death. After spending over $1000 on urgent repairs, I was going to go to a less expensive shop to finish what I couldn’t afford at the dealership. Rafael, without me asking, submitted an appeal to Subaru who reduced the cost to just parts, and got me back in the next week. It was 10% of the previously quoted repair cost, and he made sure I didn’t pay more than what he quoted. Absolutely floored by the amazing customer service. I will be calling Mr. Ibarra directly for all my Subaru appointments from now on.

My battery failed unexpectedly and she was so quick and assisting me getting it replaced within the warranty and I was also able to use a coupon that I just happen to have in replacing my worn filters. they gave me a loaner car so I was able to get back to work ASAP. It all worked out.
