$250 just to diagnose EACH issue. 3 issues? That's $750 JUST TO DIAGNOSE. Their entertainment system DVD player died after 2 years. Their cap-less gas tank causes emissions light. Their fuel injector causes their odyssey to jerk hard when starting. I'll never buy a Honda again.
View on GoogleHad a great experience with Yessi Perez for my recent service at Sierra Honda. She got me in and out quickly and was transparent and communicated often throughout my service. She helped me understand my cars needs and inspection results. The prices are reasonable considering that this is the dealership and it is worth it for the excellent customer service and thorough multi-point inspection. The complimentary uber to/from the dealership is also a huge plus so I can fit in my car maintenance to my work schedule. Will definitely return to take care of my other car maintenance needs.

Adam Lopez was great and not pushy like other service members I’ve dealt with at other dealerships. He gets straight to the point and does not pressure you to get anything done that’s not urgent in the moment.
