Abe Tovar kept us informed on a daily basis and coordinated the necessary repairs in a professional and customer-centric manner. We really appreciated that. I do have an issue with the repair process. Our car had the infamous 'unreliable video' issue that plagues the Chevy 2023 EUV Bolt. The ultimate issue was excessive resistance in the coaxial cables connecting the video components. The repair procedure required the complete replacement of the cable harnesses connecting the cameras, video processor, and infotainment system. This was a truly invasive repair, necessitating a significant disassembly of the car. See pictures. Excessive resistance in a cable can have any of three causes: 1. deterioration of the copper wire itself (unlikely) 2. corrosion developing between the wire and the terminal crimp 3. corrosion developing between the connector contacts themselves. Causes 2 and 3 indicate poor crimp quality (crimps not 'gas-tight') or poor plating on the connector contacts (since the signal lines carry relatively small currents, the connector contacts should be gold (or similar) plated with a Nickel barrier underplating), or inadequate contact pressure. I was not able to take the cables away with me to confirm the cause because they were replace under warranty and had to be returned to the factory. After the repair, the video system worked flawlessly for a few months until just a day or two ago when the symptom resurfaced. In this case, I asked to be present when the technician diagnosed the problem so I can directly measure the crimp and contact resistance at each point using a Kelvin bridge. As it happens, the symptom did not present itself while the car was in the service department, so we picked up the car and drove home. I'm pretty sure the symptoms will return any day now. I had asked for a sketch showing the location of the connectors so I could troubleshoot independently and hopefully avoid the extensive deconstruction of our car in the future. The information provided me was inadequate. For improvement suggestions, I recommend: 1. reassessing the quality of these cables and replace those in your spare parts inventory with new cables that are constructed properly. 2. allow access to the defective cables to a knowledgeable car owner to assist in determining and resolving the root cause.

I showed up for my appointment and was immediately greeted by a rep with glasses who seemed more focused on pushing the diagnostic fee than actually helping me. He kept stressing the $249 diagnostic fee over and over. The second he saw another customer that was a female arrive, he suddenly said, “Your appointment is with Daniel, not me,” and passed me off to Daniel Rodriguez. Daniel walks up, pops open the hood, and immediately says, “Wow, I’m already seeing a few issues under your hood.” I ask him what he’s talking about, and he points to handprint-looking marks claiming they were signs of rodents. I told him those were fingerprints from when we got the oil changed the week before. Then he points at dried water marks and says it looks like rodent urine. I explained it was dried rainwater from Monday night. At this point, I’m already insulted because now it feels like he’s implying my car and even my home are infested with rodents. Then he walks me inside, slams his hand down on the counter, and right there is a “Rodent Protection Plan” for $149 sitting in front of me. I didn’t realize I brought my car to rodent specialists instead of automotive professionals. It honestly felt like a sales tactic more than actual service. Then the pricing suddenly changes again. The first guy clearly told me the diagnostic fee was $249, but Daniel now says it’s $375. I told him, “Your coworker just told me $249.” Daniel then loudly says across the room, “Who told you $249?” At that point I responded, “You guys are already trying to scam me — at least be on the same page.” I even told them I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my car there if this was how they handled customers. Daniel’s response was basically, “If that’s how you feel, then leave.” After that, they suddenly “couldn’t find” my warranty. I had to provide all the paperwork proving when I purchased the vehicle before they finally acknowledged the warranty coverage. Then they confirmed the repair was covered and that I would only owe the $250 deductible. Later Daniel calls me saying the car is ready. I come in to pick it up, and suddenly they try charging me $875 with zero record of the original deductible amount or the $249 they quoted earlier. Luckily Daniel was still there and honored the original amount, but by then the entire experience had already turned into a stressful, frustrating headache. This place seriously needs work. People bring their cars to a dealership expecting professionalism, honesty, and customer care. Instead, experiences like this are exactly why dealerships get such a bad reputation. The constant changing of prices, scare tactics about rodents, and lack of communication felt dishonest from the start. There’s probably a reason they push rodent services so hard — because the real rats were behind the counter.

On 4/18/26, I took my 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV in for general maintenance and upkeep, and was met with Daniel Rodriguez. To say that he provided great customer service is an understatement. While I was waiting for the 2.5 - 3-ish hours that my car was serviced, I was given two status updates about my car which helped confirm and gave me confidence that vehicle was actively being worked on. In addition, I was treated with nothing but the best of respect, cordiality, and friendliness by Daniel. He answered all of my questions to the best of his knowledge and ability and fostered a sense of grounded trustworthiness that I have difficulty finding in most customer service representatives. Please give him my regards, I can tell that he's one of the best to converse with and keeps it real with customers!

Needed my door handle replaced on my vehicle. I was quoted a price of over $900 to install. The part was only a small amount of that price the rest was for labor. My car had been in the service center for 3 days and would have had to stay there longer as the part needed to be ordered. I was able to have the part replaced with another vendor for a significantly reduced price and didn't have to leave my car overnight.

Every time I go in to do the services required for my Chevy, Marvin always makes sure to thoroughly explain each service required. Marvin always answers the questions I have and is always friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend my Chevy family and friends to Marvin and Sierra Chevy
