I took my Van to Monrovia Body Shop today just prior to closing. I spoke with Alberto and he said he would help me first thing in the morning. I told him l was flying out in the morning. He saw the desperate look on my face and said, let me see what l can do. I handed him the keys and he drove the van toward a couple of his men. They all started talking and all three of them began working on the Van. Thirty minutes later he drove the Van to where l was waiting and said with a smile, it's all finished. I couldn't believe what happened. This was my first time there and Roberto treated me like family. U was so relieved that the problem was resolved that l couldn't stop saying thank you. As we shook hands again, I said God Bless you Roberto you really helped me out and saved the day. Appreciatively, he humbly said thank you. Then he said, if you ever need anything again, come back and see me. This was not only outstanding customer service, but a man who saw a need and selflessly took it upon himself to resolve it. I took my convertible Audi A-4 there to restore electrical passenger rear window and after three days waiting to get the car repaired, the technicians screwed up my rag top and it doesn’t work at all. Not only did I pay a good amount of money to fix the window. They refused to apologize and pay for the new repair for rag top they damaged because it functioned perfectly before I dropped my car off to get electrical window fixed. I would not recommend anyone to their shop.
