Steve and Luxury Motorworks have twice provided service on my Lexus hybrid and I am very happy. Of note, while a regular mechanic tried and could not diagnose a problem with my Lexus hybrid system, Steve was able to immediately diagnose and recommend the repair solution. I wish I had found Steve and the team sooner. He will be receiving all my future service requirements.

I recently purchased a higher mileage vehicle. I had researched Lexus mechanics, and Steve Larkin at Luxury Motorworks came out on top on reviews. I knew I would have to do reconditioning -- doing maintenance and replacing items on a higher mileage vehicle. Steve gave me a detailed list of items that he recommended we do now, and those that can wait. He worked within my budget and provided a Lexus loaner. He was professional and went out of his way to explain things that he was doing. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he was patient and answered my many questions.

What pisses me off is when i got the work done the owner over the phone quoted me 2700 for serpentine belt, timing belt, and head gasket replacement. When i come to pick up my car he doesn’t do the serpentine belt because it looked “ok” i asked for it to be done. It should be done. Not to mention all the plastic covers inside my engine bay were not put back on. He was going to let me drive away like this until i decided to look under the hood before leaving and noticed. Not until i got home after an hour and half drive because i thought his work was trustworthy. I notice my chrome stem valve caps that came stock from factory that had stuck with this car since 2004 were missing. He replaced them with plastic ones…
