Chris and the crew at Lima are awesome. They take care of both of my cars and of me. I appreciate that they they tell me what is really important and don't pressure me to do everything. My car's are running better than ever.

I came to Lima Auto Repair after hitting a bad pothole that damaged my suspension and threw my alignment off to the point where it couldn’t be corrected. They performed a thorough diagnostic, clearly showed me which components were bent, and explained exactly what needed to be replaced before an alignment could be done properly. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Chris in particular was very helpful—straightforward, professional, and never pushy. While their price was slightly higher than a couple other local quotes I received, I genuinely felt they were dependable, did quality work, and truly knew what they were doing. My car now drives straight and feels solid again. I would absolutely trust Lima Auto Repair with future work and would recommend them to anyone dealing with suspension or alignment issues.

I went to Lima Auto for an AC repair and it was done within a few hours. They gave me an amazing breakdown of what needed to be done in the most cost-effective way. I will be back thanks guys!!! Beep Beep : )

I arrived having made no appointment with an urgency in getting my car diagnosed (I had the battery changed by AAA an hour before and was recommended to get the alternator checked out). After a quick google search I came across Lima Auto Repair and was kindly greeted. Big shoutout to Chris for being extremely helpful and courteous! I had dropped my car off and upon returning once the service (in this case a diagnostic) was complete, I was told by Chris that my car turned out to be perfectly fine and that no payment was due. If anything, an oil change was possibly needed in the near future. I was completely taken aback by the news of my car but also by how honest and gracious Chris’ top-notch customer service is. I immediately booked an appointment for an oil change and made up my mind to be a loyal customer for as long as Lima Auto Repair stays in business. I got the firsthand experience in why they have almost 200 5-star reviews! Thank you again!

I took my Jaguar to Lima Auto Repair for an oil change. The shop performed the oil change plus additional repairs totaling approximately $800. Immediately after leaving on a Friday afternoon, the vehicle began making loud rattling and racing noises. I returned the following Monday, but the staff was dismissive and insisted nothing was wrong with the car. I was sent home without resolution. For today’s scheduled appointment, I first obtained independent diagnostics at AutoZone and with a friend’s OBD scanner, confirming a coolant leak. I arrived two hours late due to this process. 4 hours late Lima informed me of the coolant leak and claimed my catalytic converter was failing. They stated they did not carry the necessary parts and recommended I take the vehicle to the dealer. When I asked for the diagnostic in writing,I was told I did not need one because the dealer would do a test themselves. This diagnosis is questionable. The vehicle was under dealer warranty until one year ago and had only been serviced by the dealership prior to this visit. The car was running normally before the work performed at Lima, and problems began immediately afterward. I expect Lima Auto Repair to fully diagnose and repair the issues that arose directly from their service, at no additional cost, so the vehicle is returned to its prior condition. If this is not resolved promptly and satisfactorily, I will file formal complaints with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR), the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and pursue all other available remedies, including small claims court, and finally I will make sure I contact every local media and expose the public so this doesn't happen to anyone else
