I want to be honest about my experience. I had my catalytic converter stolen twice on my Prius, so I’ve been through this more than once. If you know Priuses, there’s a moment when the engine kicks on—and you can feel and hear when something isn’t right. After getting my car back from another shop, it felt rough when the engine would turn over, and the drive just didn’t feel the same. Something was off. But when I got my vehicle back from Fix Auto USA in Monrovia, it was a completely different experience—honestly, a blessing. Right away I could tell the job was done right. The car felt smooth again, just like it should. On top of that, they got it done fast. This is going to be my new go-to auto shop for sure. View on GoogleI can't say how good their body work is, but the customer service at Fix Auto Monrovia was not great. I went for what was called a free estimate, but after driving over there, they gave me a verbal price but wouldn't commit to a written copy because I wanted to pay cash. The service felt pretty unhelpful, not transparent and wasted my time.

View on GoogleEverything went great at Fixed Auto Monrovia. My car looks brand new and the color matched the body. I noticed they washed my car and it looks extra nice! The only thing is right after I picked it up the air pressure sensor came on. It would’ve been nice if they had checked considering my tire was hit. Overall, Nestor is very friendly and professional. I recommend this shop!
