Excellent craftsmanship and customer service from the initial assessments, dealing with the insurance company, completing the repairs with attention to detail, and the follow-up polishing and detail to ensure complete satisfaction. A company with high integrity and exemplary character always show their passion for their work. It starts with their employees and a huge shout out to Steve who is truly a professional in a class by himself. Understanding the business and making sure the customer is comfortable with the entire process is such a benefit for Ferrari Brothers. I hope I don't have to visit Ferrari Brothers with another repair due to an accident, but for body repairs or paint work, definitely will be a repeat customer and recommend to others (in need) on any given day! We did went back, however, because Steve offered a complimentary polish and detail after 3 weeks to ensure the work was done to their standards. This is definitely a repair shop who cares about their customers at the highest level!

I've never been more impressed by everything from the first interaction with you all. From the get-go Jeff was phenomenal with his feedback, follow up and professionalism. And once I decided to work with you all, Steve was remarkable. His customer service was so far above anything I've experienced.
