Vaca Tires

They sold me tires that were “lightly” used and when I went to get them aligned and balanced I was told the tires were old and they retreaded them. I went back and they only agreed to replace the back two claiming those were new. When I went back to get my tires aligned again they told me the tires were 5 years old. Do NOT come here it’s not worth paying less for a horrible job in return.

If I could give a negative star, I would. I went to this place for years and they did a huge diservice to me. Very very disappointed with them. It was so convenient too. Now I'm going to have to look for another place that won't do me dirty like they did. I recommended many to this spot. Now I will not...

this place is not trustworthy, especially the boss of the company. I went in for some new tires, the tires had these brown stains, which I didn't expect from new tires. They didn’t last me long at all, and I don’t drive too much! I went back to the tire shop to check out my tires that I bought there They kept saying, “tires wear out”but this was just too fast. Then they told me they had good used tires from the dealer but I realized they were actually the ones that were mine when I first came to purchased new tires. They kept my old tires and resold them back to me after I went back the 2nd time 😡

Dishonest business. I've been coming here for a long time and it's always been a so so place, but it was walking distance from my place so it was very convenient. I took my tire to get patched and it was flat again 4 days later. Took it back and told them it was a bad repair, they claimed it was a new puncture and charged me again. Tire went flat again and I took it to another shop and they showed me the inside of the tire, the tire had two separate patches for the same hole. First time they didn't fix it correctly and didn't take responsibility. I could understand mistakes in repairs, but straight out lying is a deal breaker. Don't go here, there are several better places within a mile or two.

Worst place!!! I wouldn’t not recommend it. Drive the extra mile and go to a different place. I went to go get my flat fix. The person that helped me out was very unprofessional. It seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. They broke my sensor and refused to replace it. They ended up replacing it with another sensor that did not work. I already reported this to the Department of Consumers Affair/ Bureau of Automobile Repair.
