I had the fortunate experience of meeting Fernado when all I needed was air in a tire. I have gone to him for oil changes and maintenance. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. I called on a Friday to see if they could do a Smog check for my Lexus. They said they can do smog checks by appointment. I made it for Monday morning at 8:30am. Showed up on time, they checked me in, said it would take 30 minutes or so and then got a text when it was ready. Quick and easy.

i love Villa Marina and get all my gas there. I care about my Audi S 5 and it was natural for me to go there when i needed a smog test. People who work there are knowledgable and careful. I'm in good hands when i go there.

Shout out to Fernando and crew. My daughters car has had intermittent issues with the Mass Air Flow Sensor. After a couple of tries with buying the part at the local parts stores the issue would come back within months. I am mostly a DIYer when it comes to car repair, however she lives 400 miles away and it's not always practical that dad can fix the car. So after contacting Fernando and explaining the problem, the trouble codes etc, my daughter dropped off the car late one afternoon. The next morning I received a call from Fernando with their diagnostic results and he text me pictures of a broken part, a complete cost breakdown and expected timeframe to repair. Having worked on cars myself for decades and having my own scan tool I was impressed that Fernando was straight-forward with his assessment that closely matched our initial thoughts the previous day- no BS with a price and parts list a mile long that some shops might try to take advantage of young woman that we often hear about. When I asked Fernando when the repair would be complete as my daughter had a previous appointment and would have to rent a car, he gave me a time that was probably too late without having to rent a car for the day. My daughter called me a short time later and indicated the car was ready as she was on her way to the car rental place, she quickly rerouted to the shop and picked up her car- needless to say she was very happy she had her car back without having to rent another. Good customer service and quick repair time- GreatJob!
