I went in with a lit up engine light and the owner Ken and his mechanics took a look at it. They had every opportunity to take advantage of my naivité and this red engine light that eneded up being just an electical glitch, not an indication of engine problems. But-- they didn't take advantage, even though they knew that the dealer wanted to charge me a boat load to do the diagnostic. In fact, they were so kind, nice, and honest that I recommend them to everyone now. Ken is a rare find. So, now I need a regular car check-up/ maintenance appt. and I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

The best service!! Seriously will never take my car anywhere else again. I was struggling to find a local car guy that I could trust and my mom mentioned that Werkstatt has been around forever and suggested trying it out. Once I brought my car in, it was obvious why they have been in business for so long! Ken and his team are wonderful. They are really knowledgeable, quick, and have great prices. Highly recommend.

August is a real professional. Once he reset a check ingine light. Another time the hood would randomly pop open.He replaced the hood switch/controller i was down the road in 10 minutes. Excellent!!

Got my 997 clutch done here, it’s been flawless since and August was super nice to talk to.

So glad I found these guys after having a lackluster experience at the dealership (South Bay) where they were trying to charge me twice as much as Auto Werkstatt. I brought my Macan S here for its 4 year/40k service and couldn’t be happier. August and his team are consummate professionals: honest, communicative, efficient and offer great value. August even reached out to a 3rd party warranty provider, who I had a prepaid maintenance package with, which covered some of the costs of the operation. Glad to have established a relationship here— I encourage anyone who drives a German make to allow them to earn your business, as well. You won’t regret it.
