ProColor Collision Lynwood

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get my truck repaired; the work was terrible and of very poor quality. None of the people at this shop are trustworthy—they just kept lying throughout the entire process, On top of leaving parts on my rear bumper without screws—leaving them loose—I was referred here by Farmers Insurance; if you're looking for quality work, this isn't the place.

This shop deserves less than a zero for taking advantages of people. They kept our car for a whole month and just to say they couldn’t fix it. The owner swears they did not get any money from the insurance which is a total lie! Insurance paid them for every day the car was there. They made more money keeping the car there and decided that they couldn’t fix the car. This is unbelievable. They gave us the car back worse than what it was missing the gas cover. Who does that? Definitely do not recommend this place at all. Look at he pictures and judge for yourself about this place

UPDATE 2 MONTHS LATER, PAINT IS PEELING UP(LAST 2 PHOTOS )SCARED TO WASH CAR BECAUSE THE PAINT WILL COME OFF. PLEASE DON'T COME HERE, VERY VERY BAD WORK. First off they have terrible communication, said car will be done, go in car isn't done and supposedly they sent a voicemail that I never received saying it was delayed, I had to call and get updates, Quality of work is terrible, told them to check taillights because they weren't working, they made it seem like it was something more complicated than it was, it was blown out lightbulbs, had to pay out of pocket for them. To continue, my bumper on the right side is coming off, the trunk/hatch has major gaps on both sides still allowing water in, they forgot to put the TC badging on the lower right trunk, scratched right lower panel with some kind of tool, it's really bad quality, they removed my memory card from dashcam, never returned, HATCH SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED NOT MICKEY MOUSED BACK TOGETHER, also paint has dirt or dust in it, they sure took that insurance money quick though. I'm very unsatisfied with their work.

I had a great experience with ProColor Collision Lynwood. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. The repair quality came out excellent and my vehicle looks great again. Although there was a small delay, the team communicated clearly and made the process smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I was really looking forward to working with ProColor Collision Lynwood because a friend highly recommended them and said not only was their body work excellent, but their customer service was too. I went in during the first week of April, they took photos of my vehicle and collected my contact information, and I was told I would receive the estimate by email. After not hearing back, my friend suggested maybe I had accidentally been missed, so I called to follow up not just once, but two additional times. It is now mid-May and I still have not received an estimate or any meaningful communication. I understand businesses get busy, but going over a month without follow-up after multiple calls is really disappointing. A simple update or callback would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, my experience with communication and customer service did not match the recommendation I was given.
