This worker/owener had a bad attitude, while working vehicle performing a smog test I was whiting in my vehicle facing the area where he was working. I wanted to to read the other services that they offer so I took out my phone took a picture to zoom in and he immediately comes to me and says the machine is not working and goes to ask why was I taking pictures. I showed him the picture where I had zoomed in and says the machine is not working then walks away. Possibly having a bad morning. Went around the corner to 562 smog test. Best service there. I even blessed them for some 🍺.

The owner of this smog check refused to smog check my car because it was 4:30pm and he closes at 5pm. God forbid he has to hold over a few minutes past 5pm! Extremely lazy owner that has zero customer service knowledge. I went to another smog check just down the street where they happily took my business.

Went in and asked how much. He was charging 80. And then i just mentioned that for the same service at Sorias it's $30 cheaper. He said i should just go over there instead, and i did. Not a friendly person at all. Sorias is 1min away. I never says it cost $30. And, overall, it was a much better facility. This place is always down
