I came to ER body shop after being hit on the freeway by a hit and run driver. I went out Saturday morning getting estimates and every other body shop was charging me a ridiculous price until I found ER body shop. I walked in and immediately felt welcomed and serviced by Edgar. Edgar took a deep review of my rear bumper damage and gave me a free estimate. He gave me a reasonable, fair, and HONEST estimate. He told me what he can save from the damages and what actually needed to replaced. He told me how long the repairs were going to take and was very communicative during the process. He sent regular updates, and I was able to contact him if I had any questions. The staff is very professional and take pride in their paint jobs, repairs, and quality craftsmanships. They did AMAZING! The body shop is family owned, and I’m glad I was able to find this body shop in my community. The repairs came out perfect like my car is brand new again. You wouldn’t be able to tell that my bumper was replaced. I highly recommend this body shop because they take care of you, your repairs, and they do it honestly. Owner, Edgar, is super professional and very communicative. He answered all my questions and texts during the process of having my family’s vehicle repaired and painted. He was fair in price for an unexpected accident we didn’t plan for, and helped us get it all sorted out mechanically and bodily. Will definitely be back for all major repairs & body work! Living in LA it’s inevitable to go without having an accident, whether it’s a fender bender or a full on collision. What isn’t guaranteed is finding a body shop who can do a good job. Well Edgar at ER Body Shop, is and will be the only body shop me and my family will ever go to. Not only did Edgar do the job quicker than anyone else, he was kind and respectful, easily to communicate and always letting us know, how the repairs are coming. His team went above and beyond, not just detailing the new parts to the original car color but even repainted the hood, which was coming apart. The car looks brand new, honestly even better than before the accident. Hopefully you never had to get a car repaired but if you do it’s great knowing you can take it to the skilled workers at ER Body Shop.

ER Body Shop did an amazing job on my Tesla Model X. They fixed a damaged parking sensor on my front bumper quickly and professionally. To top it off, they returned the car to me cleaner than I left it! Professional service and great communication throughout. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need bodywork again.
