Just got off of work and was halfway down the 710 home when my clutch didn't come back up. Slave/Master Cylinder failed so I was forced to pullover the side of the road. Out of all the people and phone calls he was the only person that said YES no problem. The price was reasonable for this day and age and was cool with splitting the bill on two cards. Dropped it right at my mechanics shop. THANK YOU HENRY! If it wasn't for you I'd still be stuck on the side of the road. I really appreciate your services. Keep up the good work kind sir

I called on a busy Friday night to ask about pricing and ETA. Unfortunately, we didn’t fully explain the condition of the car. We thought the back tires were fine, but one was actually flat. Because of that, the initial tow truck that arrived wasn’t equipped to fully lift the car. When Henry arrived and noticed the issue, he clearly explained our options: we could either wait for a flatbed tow truck or he could make adjustments to safely tow the car for a small additional fee. Given how late it was, we chose the second option. Henry handled everything professionally and efficiently. He made the necessary adjustments, towed the car without any issues, and even helped position it in a convenient spot at the drop-off location. Throughout the process, he was empathetic, kind, and courteous. I hope I won't need a towing service again or any time soon, but if I do, I would absolutely call E C Towing again for their fast and excellent service. Thank you again Henry!
