Norm’s Automotive Center was excellent to work with! Very friendly and easygoing. They gave me a quote without any hassle, took the time to talk with my husband about their findings, and explained everything clearly and honestly. They didn’t hide anything and made sure we understood what was happening and what potential issues could arise. Highly recommend!

This place used to be our go-to spot for any vehicle issue for any of our family and friends cars….unfortunately that ends today. After the passing of the owner, everything has changed entirely, starting first and foremost with how they treat their customers. I wasted hours waiting in the lobby, only to get the run around and no communication or ownership on their part. Not at all how this place used to be managed. When my cars check engine light came on, I called them first (of course) they said they could take a look at it and would be able to help. When I arrived, they informed me of $180 diagnostic fee, I declined as that was not what I understood on the phone and not how it has worked in the past. I asked if I could speak to the person I spoke to on the phone. They said they were at lunch. I waited for them to come back. After a long time waiting, they insisted on holding my car overnight because they wouldn’t be able to get to it till tomorrow (that was never communicated either) after I got home, I received a quote for $170 diagnostic. I declined and picked up my car and won’t be returning. Very unfortunate experience for a place we used to rely on heavily.

This shop use to be great but after the passing of the owner it has gone down in quality and service. I've been taking a few cars to get fix there with no issues. The last time he had breaks done simple job when we dropped off the car it wasn't making any noise when we had the car returned it would screech when shifting from park to drive or reverse. When we took the car back they said it was normal? How is returning a car that didn't make noise prior now normal. There respone was they could fix it but still had to charge. So they created a problem that they want to charge to fix. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY they will scam you. I have video and receipt to back everything up.

used to make appointments here for my car all the time, but now you "can't make appointments anymore." I called ahead yesterday to see if I could drop off my car this morning and was told to come by anywhere from 7 AM to 8 AM, so I showed up at 8 after dropping off my neighbor at school and was told that they were full for the day. Front desk lady sits on her phone and acts like you're a bother for coming in to drop off your car when they told you that you could
