Fred and Matthew are beyond an incredible team!!! Every single person at this body shop deserves FIVE STARS!!! A Jeep rammed into my car, shattered the window, and completely destroyed my door. My car wasn’t drivable, the door was practically hanging off the hinge. I was shaken and stressed called multiple body shops and towing companies, all of whom were rude and dismissive. Then I got Matthew on the phone. From the first moment, he was reassuring, professional, and genuinely KIND. Within 30 minutes, his team had a tow truck out to me. Just got some work done here, really good customer service and decently quick turnaround time. I had Sebastian helping me and he was extremely kind and had great communication.
