I would only recommend bringing your vehicle here if you don’t care about the quality of repair work and just need the vehicle on the road again. I brought in a Ford Transit with front end damage that required frame straightening, AC work, and had undiagnosed PCM issues due to the collision. Long story short, I’m not sure what work L&J actually performed on the van. They tried to straighten the frame and couldn’t do it correctly so it was eventually sent over to another shop that had the right equipment. The AC and electrical issues were outside the scope of their expertise, so it was sent to a ford dealership for diagnosis and repair. When I picked it up, I noticed an electrical connector on the AC condenser line has stripped / bare wire and the retaining clip was snapped off, so I had to fix that myself. They left masking tape from touch up paining on the roof that I had to remove. The worst offender was definitely two impact rails that link the front bumper to the lower control arm brackets. These were damaged in the collision and were not replaced. Instead, they were “fixed” by welding on some washers to the bent plate so they more-of-less lined up again. The welded washer stack is circled in red in the attached pic. I had to add more washers underneath so the bumper could be installed. Overall, if you just need minor body repairs, then these guys might be able to help you. If you need any serious work done (or any basic electrical work), look elsewhere.
