4-21-26 Manuel at JMC BMW has been my mechanic for over 15 years he can be trusted. I’ve received excellent service, this is my third BMW never had a complaint about his work. When traded previous BMW were in excellent condition thanks to Manuel. Today’s service was Rear break pads R&R Rear brake sensor R&R, Brake fluid flushed, Oil and filter changed. I’ve referred others, and recently my son purchased a BMW M6 he was also pleased with the service.
View on GoogleFirst time visit to JMC BMW and spoke to Manuel regarding issues with my 2014 BMW 435i.He diagnosed my car and major issues 🙃 showing up..I had oil leakage on top of the engine bay which he showed me and pointed out the problems 😳..He explained to me what's needed to be replaced that's causing these issues. He gave me a great quote and an explanation on everything. Everything made sense 👌 and I'm very happy with the work from the team @ JMC. My BMW came back to normal life and running 🏃♂️ strong again 💪. There's more work that's needed to be done near the future..and I'll definitely bring it back to JMC BMW again. With a great 👍 customer service and AWESOME work..Manuel speaks highly based on his reviews..and the reason why he's top #1 in the South Bay..Thank you again for doing business 😀..Salamat
View on GoogleJMC BMW is the best to do it in my opinion! When I purchased my BMW, I added the maintenance package and spent about 8,000 on it. Barely used the package. I have been using JMC for a while now and I prefer them over anyone else, even the dealership. No offense to the dealership, they know what they are doing but the problem is they have to rotate the cars out so fast that things go unnoticed or even missed. With Manuel, he is able to check for everything and let you know exactly what your car needs. He even tells you how long you can go without getting it fixed. My mother is the one who heard of JMC but every one kept saying the BMW KING. We didn’t even know the shops name, we only knew of the BMW KING, and that title sooo fits Manuel. My mother has a BMW 745 series 02 which is known for having a lot of issues because there are over 60 computer modules. She takes good care of her car but Manuel takes even greater care of her car. And let me just add, my mom’s car is customized down and there are people who refused to work on it. Between the both of us, we LOVE Manuel and JMC. We both tell everyone word for mouth when they are looking for someone to work on their cars, but I decided to just write a review because there is someone out there looking for help. And if that is you, go to Manuel! If you want someone who cares and won’t try to get over on you; Manuel is the guy and JMC BMW is the place. They are top tier and offer quality work/service. JMC is very trustworthy when it comes to working on your car. I will not be taking my car anywhere else but JMC.
