Crest Team is superb! They take care of you and are very professional. Mark and Sheila at the front office are very good tandem in performing their respective duties. Quick to act on insurance request, sending photos, etc… and sends updates on the progress of work of the vehicle. They are a reflection of the company’s culture. Lastly, the quality of work was fantastic and spotless - the rear bumper looks brand new.

I normally don’t write reviews because most of the time people tend to focus only on the negative ones, but I truly hope someone reads this review. I recently took my car in for body work due to a minor accident, and after visiting and calling several body shops, I found that many of them did not provide the level of customer service I was expecting. I then decided to call Crest Collision Center, and from the moment they answered the phone, they were incredibly friendly and able to get me in right away. When I arrived, they continued providing the same excellent service I experienced over the phone. My car was there for about three weeks, and Carl kept me updated throughout the entire repair process with regular progress updates, which I truly appreciated. Additionally, the office manager Sheila and Mark were always very friendly and professional the few times I called. If you are looking for a place that truly focuses on the client experience while also delivering exceptional body work, stop looking and give Crest Collision Center a try, you will not be disappointed. First of all, I would like to say Thank You Very Much and more Power to Crest Collision at Lawndale California. Mark, Carl, Sheila and the whole team did an excellent job in restoring my Toyota Corolla S 2015 car. When it was returned to me after the repair as I'm driving and observing it every day it's like the accident didn't happened at all. Of course in a car accident the most important thing is there's no injuries from both parties involved. And I Thank God we're safe. I'd been to Crest Collision back in 2009 or 2010 when my Toyota Tacoma year 2000 was hit by AVIS bus at LAX and they've done a magnificent job also in restoration. Anyway the repair date of my Toyota Corolla S 2015 was finished earlier than the promised date. Car was clean inside and outside and headlights were restored when it was returned to me plus they also helped and hooked me up on a good deal for my rental car at Midway El Segundo. I was one day late for the rental car due to my work schedule but after returning the car clean, they didn't charge me and returned my full $200. Deposit. I highly recommend Crest Collision to my family and friends and to everyone who can and will read my review.

Amazing shop! The entire right side of my Hyundai was smashed by another driver. They were ruled liable and their insurance company had me bring my car to Crest Collision. I am so happy they did. The whole process was easy, stress free, and 10x less time consuming than I imagined it would be. They kept me updated the entire way. My car was returned completely repaired and looking new the date they initially projected. My car drives better than it did before the accident and I now know a shop that is trustworthy and skilled. Priceless.

Crest has worked on a few of my cars over the years. They have always done a great job. My favorite car recently requires significant repairs. I truly thought it was going to be a total loss. But they did a great job with really friendly service and now I am back on the road. I highly recommend Crest Collision!
