I have taken my car in, 2 times, in the last 3 months, and the service has been amazing!! 1st visit, they saved me from paying Chevy Dealer almost $4000.00 by fixing the only problem I had and the car runs great. 2nd visit, quickly checked my daughter's passenger window, ordered the part, and had it completed just before closing, on the same day!! My business has been earned, not once, but twice. Brenda is wonderful, honest, and keeps you informed. Thank you QH Auto Care!!

I brought my 2017 Kia here for a diagnostic, to which The mechanic told me My engine was blown, as I already knew and stated that when bringing in the Car. After the diagnostic, I had my vehicle towed to a separate mechanic shop that gave better pricing and when the vehicle arrived, All my plastic covers to my engine bay and the shifter safety button were missing. I called this shop and the manager stated, “we can not confirm that your car had those plastics when it arrived to our shop.” While I have proof and evidence as the car was towed to their shop of everything being in place. They did not want to honor the responsibility of their mechanic losing my plastic pieces. Manager was very unprofessional and careless to the situation. She Claims we are lying to her about the pieces being missing. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come to this shop unless you are willing to waste some time.
