I have a Big truck so when I need big tires this is the place to go . I always tip the fellas 😎 cuz they work hard for the money and they deserve every bit of it 💯. They work fast and while waiting to get your tires fixed the atmosphere is always on point while mingling with other customers. Friendly place and the owners are sweet as sugar 💯🤍💜💚🩵💛🩷. Always reasonable 😉. I always drive away very satisfied 😌 💯👌😎.
View on GoogleI went in for a simple nail patch on my tire but the owners wife kept pressuring me to buy a used tire. I explained that I wasn't interested because my tires are under warranty and I only needed a quick repair. Despite that, she continued insisting for about 40 minutes. It wasn't until she finally understood that I was not going to purchase a tire that she signaled the workers to begin the patch. The actual repair took 5-10 minutes. I found this to be disrespectful of my time and a clear example of bad customer service. I've come to this shop before for a similar service and I've notice they always try to upsell their tires which is normal considering it's a tire shop but to delay a service just to meet goals is unacceptable.This is my last time coming to Primos Tires for any service. Be aware they pressure customers into buying tires and will delay your service until you give in.

View on GoogleI went to CostCo Tire Center but they didn't have any 225/70/15 in stock but Primo did have plenty in stock and they got me back on the road with a new tire for less than $100. Definitely recommend Primo Tires.
View on GoogleZero Stars... We went up to the area and ended up needing a tire so we called and were told they had them. When we showed up they didn't exactly have what we wanted. But since we needed tires we went ahead and got 2 instead. After getting home after the 3 hour drive... we had to do some work on the car so we went to take it off and they put the tire on inside out. When I called to let them know that we had to go get it fixed locally the guy said he didn't care because it didn't matter if it was inside out or not. That you can put it on either way lmao. I told him make that make sense why would they write on them inside and outside if it didn't matter. Will never ever go there again guy said I don't care we have plenty of work. Ridiculous
