Have always taken care of my Mustang + Ranger with their oil changes. Super quick, do the filter replacements + oil and top my tires off with air which I don’t get at a lot of other shops… always been coming here since being in the AV! Always appreciate the support with the military discount they give as well… thank you guys! This place rocks!
View on GoogleI know why they are quick.. the dude in the bay underneath torquing all drain plugs to 1000ft lb. Either leak or never coming off. Drain plugs shouldn’t need a ratchet the entire way after an oil service at this place. I did my own oil changes for years, got a second job, didn’t have time. Two services, quit the second job. Just got done and the crush gasket is the size of a Big Mac patty from McDonald’s and feels like it was cut to size. When I put the drain plug back in, you can tell the genius definitely messed up the threads with the torque gun. There is no need to that kind of man handling. How come my air filter wasn’t checked like the bay next to mine or the car before mine when I pulled in? Is it a random service?
View on GoogleI had the worst experience of my life at this establishment. I went in and got an oil change. This is the third time I patronize them. The oil change went OK then two days later my car just cut off. Both of my sons checked it out and found that the stick that holds up the hood Was fused to not only my battery but another piece in my car and then a hole that the person that oil right stuck it into. When I found this out, I contacted the establishment. Spoke to Greg who said he was the owner. I came down showed him pictures. He was kind of dismissive. . Then the next day because I couldn’t bring him the car I made him a video to show exactly what happened. Where the damage was and everything. While I’m talking to this man, he’s constantly telling me that couldn’t have happened that my car was already torn up that the The stick that holds the hood up was not put in my car the right way and that his person didn’t do anything wrong. Basically he was calling me a liar by saying that the damage couldn’t have happened two days later if they had done that it would’ve happened that day, which is not true. In addition to calling me a liar he kept raising his voice at me. I kept asking him, excuse me, sir I’m not yelling at you. Could you please not yell at me and talk to me in the same tone I am speaking to you by the end of the conversation he told me he wasn’t gonna do anything that he had cameras, but that they were his cameras and that’s as far as he went with the camera situation. I think if I had taken a man with me, it would’ve been a different. but I don’t think he should have talk to me the way he did and dismissed me and called me a liar just because I was a woman. So if you are a woman, please watch out and I would not patronize them at all.
