Amazing experience with this shop—they replaced my engine and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Honestly one of the best auto motive shops in town. Brought my car as in a walk in and they assisted me right away, they gave me updates within a reasonable time and they helped me to get back on the road. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that wants to go to a trustworthy mechanic shop. Thank you so much!!!

The were great nice polite and very timely! They fixed the problem and car working great! It turned out to be the harness for the map sensor or something like that I’m no expert but they sadder it and good as knew plus have some peace of mind in case it comes back with their warranty

Update: Thank you for responding but all of that information should have been communicated BEFORE any work was performed on the vehicle. I’m also confused as to how an estimate was provided a week and a half prior on a part that is no longer manufactured. Regardless of the situation, I would’ve appreciated the opportunity to either give my consent or go another route. Once again, thank you for responding and take care. Very torn about my experience. Jerry and his team were friendly and had car ready quickly, however, changes were made to the repair without communicating that with me first. The EPS needed to be replaced on car and I was given the breakdown prices for both a new and used part. I opted to pay the 200 dollars more for the new part due this particular make and model having major issues with the power steering. I didn’t feel confident putting a used part in a car driven by my daughter and I also didn’t want to risk future problems with the same part. Warranties aren’t offered on used parts, per the estimate given to me so it made more sense to just pay for a new part. I went into the shop and paid the 600 for the part and was told that I would receive a phone call once the part was ready. I received a phone call the very next day and was told that the part had arrived and I could drop the car off for the repairs. The repairs were completed that same day and a voicemail was left stating that the car was ready for pickup. It wasn’t until I went in to pick up the car that I was told that a used part was installed due to an issue with the new part that was received. I never received a phone call asking whether or not the used part would be acceptable. I would’ve opted to either wait for Jerry to find a new part or I would’ve took the car to a different shop. I’ve never experienced a mechanic making a decision like that without reaching out first. Very disappointed with the lack of communication on such a pricey repair. I’m out 863 dollars on a repair that wasn’t done the way we initially discussed.
