Grand American Tires provided exceptional, honest service during a roadside emergency when they easily could have taken advantage of an out-of-town traveler. I cannot recommend Grand American Tires highly enough. Last week, I was driving my brand-new car from Las Vegas to San Francisco when I hit some debris in the Mojave Desert and got a flat tire. After a frustrating experience with my roadside assistance app, I was finally towed to this shop in Lancaster. Being stranded far from home in a time of need, I was in a vulnerable position where a shop easily could have taken advantage of me by pushing an expensive, unnecessary replacement. Instead, the team at Grand American Tires was incredibly friendly, courteous, and completely honest. They assessed the damage, safely plugged the tire, and charged accordingly. They got me back on the road quickly and safely with zero hassle. If you are looking for a business with true integrity and fantastic customer service, look no further than Grand American Tires. Wonderful service! I was a walk in at the end of the day with a huge leak in my mother’s tire - 30 psi lost in less than a day! Duke and the crew were still able to get me taken care of with prompt and efficient service. What I didn’t tell them is my mother is new to the area and she had asked me to come help her with her tire since she hadn’t found a shop she can go to yet. Luckily I found these guys that were local, friendly, and, most importantly, trustworthy! It gives me peace of mind knowing there is a shop she can go to when I can’t make it there to help.

Took my car back in the day met Duke who took care of my tires and rotation cool dude now that he runs the place has a good team of workers that care of business he knows my boys and son in law takes care of our cars from mechanical standpoint to new tires to fixing flats fair prices he'll work with you good people definitely like going there and one more thing were 2 Santa Monica dudes...
