AW Automotive is hands-down the best shop I’ve ever dealt with — they saved my car and my wallet. These guys will be my forever mechanics and I can’t praise them enough. I initially went to the Ford dealership for a routine PTU fluid change, but their mechanics didn’t reassemble everything properly — they failed to seal it correctly, which caused a slow fluid leak from the front differential that eventually led to major drivetrain failure. It got so bad that my rear-wheel drive failed and the wheels literally locked up. Ford quoted me $4,000 to fix their own mistake. AW diagnosed it right away and fixed everything for a fraction of the price — and did it with more care and professionalism than I’ve ever seen from a mechanic. Alex, Kevin, and the whole crew kept me updated every step of the way — phone calls about part delays, rusted components, updated timelines and costs — zero surprises, just honest work.
