I came today with my car having alot of issues explained with details what was going on and they found the issue in just a few hours... They were very reasonable and explained the reasons of cost and the different options explaining the financing.... amazing people. Will go back again and also there or top 3 mechanic shops in Lancaster. They are honest and will tell you straight foward what is going on.

I received a P0171 Lean System and failed a smog check. There were many shops to bring the car to but only one that I knew I could trust. My coworker uses Atwood and Son and recommended them. They found a vacuum line riding a break line and patched it up. My service was simple but I would certainly trust them for any repair. Nice clean shop with Full Capability to handle any repair. Thank you.

My family has used Attwood for years so naturally I took my vehicle to them when a persistent misfire on cylinder 6 came up. They diagnosed the issue and recommended replacing the spark plugs, which I approved. However, shop reported the misfire continued, and they then recommended replacing the air intake manifold which I approved. The part was on dealer backorder with no ETA, and after a month of no updates from Attwood, I had to follow up myself. At that point, I asked about alternative parts, but the advisor became short and dismissive, refusing to discuss other options. I continued to wait on the dealer, no fault on Attwood for a dealer parts issue. After waiting another month with no part availability, I decided to pick up my vehicle and I’d fix it down the road. To my surprise, the car had no error codes or issues after driving it, which left me questioning whether the initial diagnosis was accurate. One might assume the issue would be intermittent and come back, but it never did. While I appreciate that they performed some service, I can’t ignore the lengthy wait time with lack of communication and the unclear resolution of the original problem. My experience was mixed—some good work, but poor communication and uncertainty about whether the recommended repair was truly necessary.

Each and every appointment that we have made at Attwood & Sons has been the most professional and positive experience in the auto repair businesses we have used in the AV. The office staff along with the mechanics are very polite and explain in detail all of the services necessary and performed. Never has there been any problems during or following the repairs performed on our vehicles. Although some of the staff and mechanics have retired there seems to be additional employees replacing the m and they too are held to high standards. What a nice experience for our family. We will continue to offer our business to this great shop!

The entire staff at Morgan Attwood and sons Auto Repair are fabulous. This is the second time they’ve serviced my truck. Last year they replaced the fan on my air conditioner and I was thrilled to have a bill of under $500. This time I had a long list of repairs. Everything from an oil change and the AC compressor to a fuel leak and new brakes, they still got it done in a timely fashion and with a very reasonable bill! LaDonna, who runs the office is an absolute sweetheart, and both mechanics I dealt with were skilled and able to communicate with a lay person. I will be back! Hopefully not too soon. I would love for my 11-year-old truck to go another year before it needs any serious TLC. Except for the oil changes, of course
