I came in for a tire repair, but ultimately James had to break the news to me that i needed replacement. I was super honest with him and told him i don’t have the funds, thanked him for checking, and was preparing to leave until he pointed out a non credit check option to try. i tried and was approved. then came the worst part, talking numbers. again, i’m broke as a joke and driving on hopes and prayers. So James, as the angel he is, helped me out as much as he reasonably could and got the numbers to a manageable zone for me. he had me set with all 4 tires (one for free, btw.) aligned and installed and out the door within exactly one hour. James is the actual best, i cannot thank him enough. Corporate; promote this man, recognize this man, pay this man. THATS customer service! Thank you James! you made a return customer out of me for sure!

1/31/26: Brought my suv for a headlight replacement. Was greeted by the Mngr Terry. He offers exceptional customer service and explained into detail the cost associated with the work being done. As I waited in the lobby for 3 hrs, the same care and professionalism was shown to all customers, not only by Terry but also by his co-worker James. I will gladly make the drive from the SFV based on this experience. I’ve been to other ATD locations in the valley and they don’t compare to this location. Thank you Terry and co for the awesome job!
