I had a great experience at this tire store. I brought my vehicle in to have the AC fixed, and Larry got me in quickly without a long wait. Larry explained everything clearly and the tech had my AC working again in no time. It’s refreshing to find a business that provides such great customer service and quality work

Tire prices are okay and I like that you can shop online before getting the pressure sale on tires but they’re staffed by absolutely useless, rude employees. I had an appointment which I foolishly assumed means they would have a bay open for my car to get started. Nope. Appointment is apparently just access to get queued up. My car finally got pulled into the bay for work more than 50 minutes after my appointment time. How are you already an hour behind only 2 hours into the day?? Understandably upset, I commented that appointment typically means that a spot is available (not indeterminate wait time) and Larry the manager spoke back in a rude, condescending way saying that an appointment doesn’t mean I get to skip the line, gesturing to the other people waiting. No, that’s precisely what making an appointment means versus walking in. I really shouldn’t be surprised that this place is owned by private equity with how badly it’s being run into the ground. Seems to be a trend for places to really go downhill after selling out to investors who squeeze out the last drop of cash. My guess is they’re running on a bare-bones crew of workers to maximize shareholder profit.

From the first handshake to the final torque, their work ethic echoed ensemble trust: no drama, no shortcuts, just clean execution and clear communication. If you’re looking for a shop that honors both the grind and the customer, this is it. Grateful to have found a team that gets it. The Jeep’s one step closer to full mythic form — and this shop played a key role in that legend.

You could tell he actually cared about doing the job right and making sure I was good to go. The service was quick, smooth, and stress-free.
