Great place and the guy was super nice. I went in last Saturday morning and was there a few minutes before it was officially open but John went ahead and got started. It was over in just a few minutes and uploaded for the DMV. They have a table and chairs too so you don't have to stand while waiting. I will definitely go back there in the future.

It is a really small place, so if you were even looking for it, you would be hard pressed to know it was there. That said, I was in desperate need to find a smog check near me, and this just happened to be right around the corner. The main building is a Mobil gas station, which is on Imperial, and there are a few spots to park right there. The man who does the checks immediately greeted me as I came up. I asked how long of wait it would be and kindly responded that it would be 10-15 minutes. He offered me a seat in the waiting area to the side, or I could opt to wait in my car. I took a seat in the waiting area, where there were two other people, and he brought me a bottle of water and a hand wipe. It was really no-nonsense, but such a kind interaction, it really did compel me to write a review. Genuinely nice guy. And I'm the type of lady who will always support local, so I'll be back.
