They are solid as they come. I been to many mechanic shops over the years and this one is by far the best I've come across. They tell you how much the job will be and they dont switch up on the set amount. My second time coming in for a transmission fluid change and filter. They told me a set price and scheduled my appointment, the supplier for my my cars transmission fluid lagged and the OC Automotive & Diagnostics staff fought to have my transmission fluid sent. As a customer I respect that and appreciate it. Not many places would actually take care of the customer. They were very careful with both times I had my cars worked on with them and they take before pictures for reassurance. The reassurance gets even better when the shop actually sends you pictures of the service being done and any other car part(s) that look like they need work on. I will be continuing to come back for future car service. They do clean work and the prices are fair.

Been bringing my vehicles here for about 5 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’ve brought our Lexus RCF, VW Golf GTI, VW Jetta and bmw 330ci over the past few years. Anthony, Gabriel and the entire staff are incredibly knowledgeable and treat your car as if it was their own. Aside from being masters at their craft, they’ve also been an incredible resource for connecting and advising on all automotive specialties. If it’s a problem or service they can’t solve or provide, they will work to connect you with other trusted shops. Incredible place with a team that genuinely love what they do from the automotive side to the business of people.

I have an older vehicle and they provided honest advice on what my car actually needs instead of making stuff up. I’ve been to OC Automotive 2 times now and will only go to them for my vehicles needs. They actually provided extra work and parts and didn’t charge me extra! This business has got me as a customer for life and I think everyone should check them out! Also they completed all work in a timely manner. They fixed my power steering and replaced my serpentine belt, and replaced my windshield wipers and nozzles. For an honest, professional auto shop you won’t find anything better!
