They did the job. Everyone that was unoccupied helped/worked as a team. I needed my spare tire mounted, due to my flat tire being irrepairable (gash on the outside face). I didn't, however, have the tool needed to get my spare tire out from underneath the cargo bed. We/they had to improvise to get it out. They made sure my spare was it tip top shape, no leaks and optimal pressure before mounting it. Charge was close to nothing, tip was well deserved.

Went to Costco in San Dimas for an emergency flat and cost me $192 and took almost an hour and a half (was 1 of 3 people). When I found Aztec Tires theough a family member they charged me $270 for 3 tires and started right away and finished in 25 minutes. Amazing service and spectacular custom support from Gil and his team. Will definitely come back.

Go there 10 minutes before closing. They were super helpful, quick, and professional. Patched a nail hole and double checked for other possible leaks.

I’ve been coming to this tire shop for years with my mom, who’s a mother of three and not familiar with cars or tires. The owner’s father has always treated us with honesty and care — he never took advantage of our lack of knowledge and even went out of his way to check my brakes when I first started driving. Because of that trust, I’ve continued to drive 45 minutes just to support this shop, even after the father stepped back from working full-time. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing. I came in needing two tires and spoke with a worker named Adrian. When I asked for the price, he said two used tires would be $120 and new ones $155. He never specified that the $155 was per tire, which any reasonable customer would expect to be the total price for both based on how it was presented. Later, when I found out it was actually $155 each, I felt misled — that should’ve been clearly stated upfront. When I said I couldn’t afford the new set, they still tried to charge me even though the misunderstanding was on their end. Things took a turn when I told them they could call the police if they intended to hold me there over the misunderstanding. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, Adrian responded by calling me “stupid” as I was leaving — simply because I questioned the unclear pricing. If there was a language barrier or miscommunication, I would have gladly spoken in Spanish — I understand both languages. But to handle a customer this way, especially one who has supported this business for years, is deeply disappointing. I can’t imagine the father who built this shop ever treating customers like that. These were not expensive, top-tier tires; they were Kumho tires, a more budget-friendly brand Talking about a customer in Spanish right in front of them, when they clearly understand Spanish, is disrespectful I’m sharing this experience so others are aware, and I’ll be reposting this review across other platforms to ensure my story is heard. Hopefully, the shop takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve communication and professionalism.

Came once, complained about the alignment because it wasn’t straight. They took care of it no questions asked. Fast fwd a year- I figure out it wasn’t even them. It was my power rack. They’re very good sports, I feel bad for being hard. But I just picked up my sonata- alignment is perfect. Was in and out in 30 minutes - car drives straight and a very good price
