My father has been coming here for over 10 years, and I personally started coming here about five years ago for oil changes, brakes, and tires 🛞. I’ve always been helped by the same gentleman—he provides great customer service, is always smiling, and truly goes above and beyond. He’s honest and upfront, and if something can’t be fixed on my Kia, he’ll let me know and recommend going to the dealer instead of wasting my time or money. He’s compassionate and genuinely cares, especially knowing that my organization does so much for the community and that we’re working every day to make a difference.

Untrustworthy. On Monday, December 18th, 2023, I wanted to fix my belt and some engine fixtures he recommended. Ezekiel said he would be available on Friday morning and will give me a call to bring my car. So when that Friday arrived, I didn't hear from him. I assumed he probably forgot. I called him to see if he was still available, and his reply was Nope. I'm available next year on the 1st January 2024. He didn't give any explanation why, which led me to confusion. With his childish ways, I kind of understood where he was going with this kind of act, so I just left it alone and decided not to go anymore, knowing he must be a joke. I had to go elsewhere to Hilario auto repair on Manchester to fix my car, they where more reasonable. Here I thought Ezekiel was a cool guy when I saw the reviews, which were 5 people. But it's totally different after he showed who he really was after playing dirty. Never trust places with only 5 to 8 reviews with 5 stars. They're old post. I don't recommend this place. He's not honest.
