Best auto repair shop in LA...a hidden gem. Prices are always fair, services are great, and customer service is excellent...Today I saved $100 on a brake flush my dealership wanted to overcharge me for. Small shop but big results!!

William, Richard, and the entire staff have done nothing but EXCELLENT work on my lil hooptie. I use to live a bout a mile away in Inglewood and even though I've moved nearly 20 miles away I STILL come to them for the QUALITY work they provide!

For one, I was referred to this shop a little over a year ago from a trusted friend for some auto body work, in which they don't do, but I kept the shop in mind if I ever did need auto repair work... Fast forward, I brought my car to this shop on Saturday, 6/7/25 for brake issues; unfortunately, my master cylinder was failing which my father previously checked for me. I spoke with William and let him know what my father advised me about the brakes. They inspected my vehicle and determined that it was in fact the master cylinder and he let me know that my father was right. Ok cool, I was already aware of that. William tells me that the part is only available at the dealer, that it's $499 and quoted parts and repair for about $880 or something like that. Before they began the work, he asked me if I spoke with my father again, I'm guessing to check to see what my father would say. I let him know that I had not spoke with my dad again, and only because being that my brakes were pretty bad I didn't want to drive anywhere else and needed my car to commute to work on Monday, I just let them repair it, however, being that I've previously researched the costs for master cylinder repair work for a 2014 Ford Fusion and found nothing over $681, I called the nearest Ford dealerships for parts, gave them my VIN number and received quotes from both shops for $303 for the master cylinder. Smh. William charged me $459.99 for the part. Mind you, there's two Ford dealerships that are only a few miles away, so where he got that price from? I don't know, but I do know that it was bs. So the total cost ended up being $859.39. They only replaced the master cylinder and did a brake flush. My mistake was going there without a man present. I was clearly taken advantage of and will never return to this shop, not even for an oil change and certainly will never refer them to ANYONE. Dishonesty was what I paid for.

I came to this location to have my brakes done. The service Immediately had hospitality Energy that was inviting and very professional. Mr William and his staff didn't up sell the service, but more importantly saved me money with advise and integrity of services to be rendered.. they could have done the brakes as needed without me knowing of an underlying issue, but they chose to stand on integrity, honesty and professionalism that ultimately saved me 1,200.00 out of pocket. Mr Williams advise me on the next steps moving forward before he did the Brakes , reminded me it was in my better interest cost efficient, but more importantly safety to my life and others! 6 stars to this company that helped me when my battery died in the parking lot after coming out from the restaurant next door. The staff was so nice to give me a jump start. They really came to my rescue so that I could get home. This really shows that these people care about more than money.
