Pulled into this tire shop to address a leak in one of my tires. Young boy with curly hair who looks like he doesn’t want to work claimed I needed to replace one of my tires because it had a bubble, which I didn’t see. I let him replace it. The next day, the tire light comes back on. I returned the next day but it was closed due to hurricane. I go to another shop and they said they sold me a tire that was too small and with a plug which I dangerous. I call the shop owner and he said he will replace or give me back my money. So I’m here today to get another used tire or get my money back and the wife of the store owner gets all big and bad with me. It took me everything not to take it to the next level. Anyway she replaced the tire with the appropriate size. Moral of the story is the customer is always right. You should never get into an argument with customers, especially after u made the mistake.
