I can't even begin to describe how amazing Ron and his team are. They were able to solve a problem that multiple other auto repair shops could not fix. I was at my wit's end, and had dealt with several incompetent and dishonest auto repair shops for a problem that had dragged on for over a year. As a last resort I thought I would give unique auto center a shot. I'm so glad I did. Right off the bat I got a good vibe from Ron. There was just something about him that seemed genuine, and honest. But it was only after working with him and his team that I realized that they're not just honest, but extremely good at what they do. Turns out Ron and his team have decades of experience repairing autos for consumers and many other companies including multiple fleet accounts and high-profile clients from all around Los Angeles. And I can see why. I took my car to them to have them look at it and Ron told me to come in the next day and drop it off for a half a day. Despite being short-handed two workers, Ron was able to get the job done. It turned out to be a lot more work than he estimated and he still only charged me a little bit more than the original estimate. He could have easily charged me several hundred dollars more but he didn't. Unique Auto center is one of the last honest automobile repair shops in Los Angeles. I will bringing all of my repairs, new tires, and any other car repairs to him. Same thing with my wife's car and I'll be telling all my neighbors about them. Thank you Ron!

I could not wait to come home and write the review. I rarely come across an auto shop that’s this genuine. They’re honest, transparent, and never try to add unnecessary costs or “extra fixes” just to make a buck. They only recommend what truly needs to be done, and they do it with skill and care. On top of that, they’re humble, respectful, and truly good people, which is hard to find in this industry. I left feeling confident in their work and grateful for the experience. Highly recommend!
