Eli's Collision Repair at LAX/Inglewood

Eli collision, a certified Porsche auto body. They were referred by my advisor from Porsche Santa Clarita. It was Saturday when I made contact with Rosie. She immediately addressed my issues and arranged for my vehicle to be picked up from my residence. The tow service person , apologies I forgot his name, was very kind , punctual and informative. He was a professional. He was very careful in loading and securing my car on the open bed truck. Rosie updated me when my car was at their shop. Detailed quotes and feedback was kept weekly because my vehicle was there for a month. I was over seas through the time period so I was worried however she kept me informed that all will be taken care off and I can relax. My vehicle was dropped off at the dealership as requested for additional maintenance service required. I have nothing but relief, praises and highest recommendations to the team at Eli collision auto body. Great people, great people!!! I had my apprehensions and distrust relinquishing my car to strangers. In the end , I was very thankful that all went well, more than I expected. Thank you.

If you need body repair on your high roof van, take it to Eli's Collision Repair. Went to multiple body shops in West LA and all said, "We do not have a paint booth tall enough for your van. You'll need to go to the valley." Did some research and discovered that Eli's services High Roof vans... What I did not expect was the exceptional service they provided. A local drop off location near my home. The intake was easy and they assured me that they would work with the insurance company to provide high quality service to my vehicle. And, they did! In addition, they provided weekly updates on the status of my repair and explained why there were delays; waiting on a part, or waiting for an assessor from the insurance company. They replaced parts when required with manufacturer brand parts and the paint job! Beautifully done, very professional. I would not want to experience another situation requiring body shop repair but if I did, I would return to Eli's.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Very poor communication - especially Briana Silva who is as clear as mud. Despite my repeatedly explaining the need to use their Santa Monica location, Briana asked me to drive to the South Bay. Even more annoying is that I was told my part arrived last week and would be painted before I bring my car in. There was no communication from Briana so I had to constantly follow up only to learn that the part had not been painted at all so I needed to continue waiting. Incredibly inefficient with poor communication. Avoid at all costs. As a follow up, I have had a positive experience with Neely Shamam who not only reviewed my situation, but asked many questions about my experience and seemed to genuinely care about making it better. She followed up with me a couple of times to let me know they are working hard to make sure other customers have a positive experience. And - they gave me a full refund of the deposit I made. Neely has been terrific. It is entirely possible the negative experience I had was due only to my interactions with Briana Silva. Thank you Neely for doing everything you could to make up for the experience I had.

Rosie S. and her team were amazing! Super responsive, did an awesome job and they really helped me out with organizing a rental car for me. They were super professional, friendly and organized. I will only be going to this place for now on! I highly recommend them.
